Day 3 and 4 of Cagayan Valley and Ilocos Norte trip
(Sorry for the long wait. Been busy lately and forgot to upload this. Well, anyway, here it is. Enjoy!)
So 2nd day was frustrating.
Early morning of Day 3, Thursday at 6-7am, my aunt went to the market and bought something to cook for lunch and dinner. So when they arrive at 8am we all started to prepare for our food and the things we need to bring for our trip to some places in Ilocos.

It's
summer here in the Philippines meaning it's super hot weather again.
People are planing their summer outing near the metro. Beaches in
Batangas, Subic, Pangasinan and Bataan are already populated with
people. Boracay, Puerto Galera and other tourist
center/place/attractions are getting jammed pack with lots of locals and
foreign tourists. Whew! Where to go?

15 days on GARCINIA CAMBOGIA: review for the first day
Who's having weight issues here? I am one of those people going thru this issue. Since I was young people always tease me telling me that I am fat. I was born with this kind of body structure.
When I was in high school I did exercise in the morning but failed. In college I would only eat lunch and dinner because I did have no time for breakfast but still did not achieve that body I was aiming for. When I started working I didn't have time for workouts but walking is my exercise which I did whenever I go to work (from home to office).

Good morning breakfast: Pandan Chiffon Cupcake
When I was young, I was a fun of all sorts of cupcakes and now as I grew older I became so picky. I wanted something very soft and bouncy. I love moist cakes and cupcakes but I would love it better if it would be soft as a cloud. Then I learned of sponge and chiffon cakes few years later (high school years) which now I am very found of. Chiffon cake for me is heaven ha ha... You know, the feeling of it when you touch and the lightness of it.

Snack time: Homemade Mango Ice cream
Summer has started and weather is getting warm now. Mmmm.... Swimming, Sipping some Icy drinks and ICE CREAM! Yes! Time to eat Ice cream again. But what flavor will I have to get in the supermarket? Being a mom is like working 24/7. You wake up in the morning making breakfast, attend to everybody then do the chores, etc. I am a housewife but not a mommy yet. I feel just like a mom because I tend to 2 little furr kids.

Good Morning Breakfast: Cornbread muffins (recipe included)
Who loves corn? (raising my hand) Admit it (you, yes you who is reading this). We all love corn. Me, I like it boiled or "Nilaga" as we Pinoy call it. I remember mommy buying the uncooked corn the boils it in a very large pot when I was still young. Funny coz there was a time I was so so excited to eat it that it was not completely cooked yet. ha ha ha.

Snack time: Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
I love cookies and I bake some for my husband's breakfast or snack. I am not a prof. baker but I just like baking. Here is a recipe of a classic peanut butter cookies that I've made months ago. Got this recipe from a cut-out page of an old book. Enjoy!

The holiday rush: 2014 December lessons to learn
Oh December! You have been so cruel to me.
It's already January and I still can't get over the hype that happen from last months Holiday rush. Time flies fast that I almost forgot February is coming already. Why do time have to be in rush always?
Anyway, I just wanna share what had happened last December. And maybe, pick up some pointers and lessons that I need to learn.
