Good Morning Breakfast: Cornbread muffins (recipe included)

 
Who loves corn? (raising my hand)  Admit it (you, yes you who is reading this). We all love corn. Me, I like it boiled or "Nilaga" as we Pinoy call it. I remember mommy buying the uncooked corn the boils it in a very large pot when I was still young. Funny coz there was a time I was so so excited to eat it that it was not completely cooked yet. ha ha ha.

What's for dinner: Sour Shrimp soup a.k.a. Sinigang na Hipon (recipe included)

I am a craving for Shrimp since last week so I decided to cook something special today. Since Shrimp here in Metro Manila is so expensive we get to have it only once in a blue moon. I am a seafood lover so this is a special menu for me. Please bear with me as I'm really drooling now, lols.

Snack time: Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

I love cookies and I bake some for my husband's breakfast or snack. I am not a prof. baker but I just like baking. Here is a recipe of a classic peanut butter cookies that I've made months ago. Got this recipe from a cut-out page of an old book. Enjoy!
